They offer a complete range of car, truck and motorcycle hoists manufactured from commercial-quality materials, catering to both automotive enthusiasts and professional workshops across Australia
About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to install, service and maintain motor vehicle hoists while providing exceptional front-line support to customers.
Reporting directly to Service Management, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering long-term product and customer support
* Installing, servicing and maintaining motor vehicle hoists
* Providing warranty support and ongoing product servicing
* Assisting customers with enquiries as directed by service management
* Maintaining and managing the company service vehicle and equipment
* Representing the business as the front-line point of contact for customers
This role will commence as a roving Equipment Installer, with the opportunity to progress into a leading role within the business
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Physical fitness to perform a hands-on role
* An unrestricted manual driver's licence (Medium Rigid)
* Experience in hydraulics and electrical (highly desired)
* Strong communication skills and customer service focus
* A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise
* Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* A trade background or automotive industry experience (preferred but not essential)
