Role Overview
The Remarketing Assistant will play a key role in the Operations team at our Head Office in Mulgrave, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing early termination quotes for the fleet team
* Preparing stock for sale through multi-channel approaches, including market research and coordination of stock transport
* Preparing weekly dealer sales catalogues and assessing dealer offers
* Maintaining relationships with auction houses to secure the best outcomes
* Ensuring accurate stock inventory management
* Coordinating with the Collections team to process repossession
* Cross-training with other teams during peak periods
* Supporting customer inquiries and providing world-class service
Requirements
We seek a confident problem solver with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be curious, adaptable, and passionate about driving improvements. A sales-oriented approach, combined with attention to detail and Microsoft Office proficiency, will be highly valued.
A background in the truck industry or finance will be advantageous, as well as tertiary qualifications in a related field. Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow are essential qualities for this role.
