Position Highlights
The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on providing quality Catholic education, maximising student outcomes by offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student centred, flexible and challenging.
This full-time, permanent role is scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 27 January 2026. We welcome applications from recent graduates as well. There is potential for the position to become Leader of Wellbeing/House (2-point Coordinator).
About You
As an English Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.
To excel in this role, you will be able to:
- support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
- create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
- demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach English. The ability to teach Religion, HSIE or another subject area is advantageous
- be a confident and collaborative team player and an excellent communicator
- have a commitment to supporting student learning in a unique and innovative learning environment
- demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
- integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences
- demonstrate experience in supporting student wellbeing and middle-level Leadership (if expressing interest in the 2-point Wellbeing role).
You will have attained:
- a tertiary qualification in Education
- eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Religious Education qualifications (if applicable).
