About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an experienced Property Manager to step into a well structured and well supported portfolio.
You will be client-facing, relationship driven, and encouraged to treat your portfolio like your own business.
With admin support to manage much of the backend work, your focus will be on building trust with landlords, ensuring tenants are well cared for, and driving results.
Duties
Focus on client relationships and providing a premium level of service
Manage arrears, maintenance, lease renewals, inspections, bonds and marketing
Take a proactive, business minded approach to growing the portfolio
Contribute ideas and input to the business
Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in residential property management preferred
Current SA Property Management registration
Experience using Agency Hub very desirable
Experience with Property Tree, RP Data, Inspection Manager, Tenant Options (advantageous)
Strong communication and organisational ability
A proactive mindset
Team player who values collaboration and contributing to overall success
