Administration Support Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to provide administrative support across our operations.
The successful candidate will have experience in administration, social media, and accounts, with a strong understanding of Xero and Microsoft Office. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for general administration and reception support, including responding to emails and phone calls, managing calendars, and preparing documents. You will also assist with social media marketing, including content creation and posting, as well as estimating and quote formatting.
You will work closely with the Operations Manager to schedule projects and track progress, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports. Your attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will be essential in this role.

Requirements
* Experience in an administration, office, or support role (2+ years ideal)
* Confident with Xero and MS Office (Google Workspace a bonus)
* Social media know-how (FB, Insta, LinkedIn) and basic content writing skills
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
* Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude
