We're seeking a seasoned Solution Architecture Professional to drive innovation and growth within our organization. As a Senior Specialist Solution Architect, you'll play a key role in developing reusable solution frameworks and content to empower sales teams and standardize customer outcomes.
Your expertise in Ansible Automation Platform and tools like Puppet/Chef/SaltStack/Terraform will enable you to guide customers from presales to post-sales implementation, ensuring successful deployments. You'll lead technical validation through demos, workshops, and pilot projects to align customer needs with our capabilities.
A collaborative environment is essential for success in this role. You'll work closely with product teams to enhance customer experience and advocate for customer needs internally. Your proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Satellite), Cisco network automation, and DevOps methodologies will serve as a strong foundation.
We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, address enterprise IT challenges, and propose cross-platform solutions. Your experience managing end-to-end proof-of-concept processes and collaborating with large IT organizations will be highly valued.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business and IT challenges encountered at the enterprise level, as well as excellent communication and people skills. Red Hat certifications (RHCE, Ansible Specialist, Architect) and a degree in Computer Science/Engineering are also highly desirable.
