Job Description:
As a Barista at L'épi Artisan Bakery, you will be at the heart of our coffee culture, crafting exquisite beverages that delight the senses. We are looking for a talented individual who not only has a deep understanding of coffee but also possesses the artistry to create visually stunning drinks.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our high quality and presentation standards.
* Master the use of espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment for precise brewing.
* Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions, and making recommendations.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
* Create latte art and visually appealing designs on beverages, enhancing the overall experience.
* Handle cash transactions and accurately operate the point-of-sale system.
* Assist with maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
* Stay informed about coffee trends, brewing methods, and our menu offerings.

Qualifications:
* Prior experience as a barista in a cafe setting is preferred.
