Campus Director: Learning & Development
The Campus Director: Learning & Development is responsible for leading the development and implementation of learning and development strategies to enhance CFA's capability. This involves working closely with the Manager of Learning and Development to shape the regional learning strategy, ensuring CFA members are skilled to manage emergencies in accordance with Victoria's Emergency Management Arrangements.
The Campus Director: Learning & Development manages a team of professionals responsible for delivering operational training across the Region and supporting State-wide learning initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing training plans, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team.
This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The Campus Director: Learning & Development must also possess expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and performance improvement techniques.
