 
        
        About the Role
The Stakeholder Engagement Specialist will support engagement with our project neighbours, community groups, Community Consultative Committees and other key stakeholders on Projects. They will also help develop and implement benefit sharing plans through development, delivery and operations.
Part of a growing stakeholder engagement team, this role will:
- Support the development, delivery and operation of projects, including the preparation and implementation of community and stakeholder engagement plans on projects across Australia
- Represent Tilt Renewables to local communities and stakeholders, through written, phone and in-person communications
- Enhance Tilt Renewable’s positive reputation as a renewable energy developer and operator by providing information and liaising with the local communities
- Actively manage social risk on Projects with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with communities and key stakeholders on projects
- Assist with corporate communications activities such as political engagements, press releases, sponsorship and branding
Skills and Experience
- Experience of liaising with local communities and stakeholders
- Understanding of the IAP2 spectrum, community engagement principles and techniques for rural communities
- Knowledge of the challenges and opportunities involved in delivering energy or infrastructure projects
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and liaising with different internal subject matter experts’
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification with a minimum of four years of experience in community engagement, community relations, stakeholder management in renewable energy or relevant other industry
- Valid driving licence
