About Energy, Resources an Infrastructure
Our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure practice group advises on some of Australia's most complex energy and infrastructure projects. Within the group, our Construction and Infrastructure team supports major projects across their full lifecycle, bringing together project, construction, infrastructure, regulatory and operational expertise.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure team. This role specifically supports a Partner and lawyers in the Construction and Infrastructure team, which sits within the broader Banking and Projects practice group.
You will work closely with the team to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support in a friendly, collaborative and committed environment.
Role overview
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Diary and email management
* Monthly billing and accounts reporting and management
* Document and file management across multiple matters
* Liaising with clients and other parties
* Managing e-filing processes
* Organising travel, flights and accommodation
* Ad hoc administrative support as required.
About you
As an experienced Executive Assistant, ideally with a legal administrative background, you will bring:
* A minimum of three years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary
* Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
* Strong organisational skills, including diary management
* Exceptional document production and formatting skills
* A high level of attention to detail and reliability
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office.
