The role: We are currently looking for a Lawyer with 2 - 4 years PAE to join our Melbourne Property and Development team.
The team's focus lies with property transactions including commercial office, industrial and retail leasing, property sales and acquisitions, land titling and subdivisions, property development including the plan' sales for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.
The successful candidate will have: 2-4 years PAE Strong property experience gained in a corporate law firm environment, including in relation to developments, leasing and transactions Strong familiarity with PEXA and Duties Online Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen A high level of attention to detail The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously An unwavering commitment to client service and legal excellence This is an exciting opportunity to be involved and work closely with established Partners and a large team across a wide variety of property transactions.
