Job Duties
In this vital role, your key responsibilities will include:
* Meeting personal and team KPIs across daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Maintaining accurate records of all activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Professionally handling queries from both clients and candidates.
* Sourcing and engaging top-tier healthcare professionals in specialized divisions.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and offering roles.
* Partnering with our Central Compliance team to ensure regulatory standards are met.
* Conducting regular Candidate Care calls to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
* Adhering to company policies and compliance requirements specific to clients.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet these requirements:
* A minimum of one year of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or similar industries.
* Confidence in managing the full 360 recruitment process.
* Residence in Sydney with full work rights.
* Experience in either Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment sectors.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
