About The Role
The City of Sydney Council is seeking a seasoned and innovative Parking Services Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee complex parking projects with strategic precision, combining a forward-thinking approach with a wealth of experience.
This role demands extensive expertise in both on-street and off-street parking technologies, along with the strategic oversight of essential parking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering financially sustainable outcomes while aligning to key policy objectives.
We are seeking a leader who excels in fostering collaborative relationships and promoting knowledge sharing within the team and across the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to understand diverse perspectives, and the capacity to navigate complex challenges, ultimately building a culture of trust, respect, and shared success.
This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
