We are engaged exclusively by a private property developer owned by a high-net-worth family. They are delivering five large-scale master-planned developments across their land portfolio. Our client wants a motivated and proactive Assistant Development Manager with experience in and/or knowledge of acquisition, feasibility (Estate Master modelling), planning, and delivery of large-scale residential land. You must be passionate about property development and genuinely interested in delivering master-planned communities that comprise land subdivisions, built-form residential, and retail. You must also possess related tertiary qualifications and be a strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
