About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our established and growing luxury day spa. This is a full-time, ongoing position suited to a highly skilled therapist who can work independently and deliver advanced beauty treatments to a high professional standard.
Availability to work weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive client consultations and skin and body assessments
* Design and deliver customised facial and body treatment programs
* Perform advanced beauty treatments using professional equipment and products, including but not limited to chemical peels, skin needling, micro-hydrodermabrasion, and other advanced facial treatments, in accordance with industry standards and safety protocols
* Provide professional skincare advice and tailored aftercare recommendations
* Support retail product sales through ethical consultation and client education
* Manage bookings, client notes, and treatment histories using Kitomba
* Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation
* Uphold hygiene, safety, and professional standards
* Perform professional waxing services, including intimate waxing, in accordance with industry standards
* Deliver treatments to both female and male clients with professionalism and discretion
* Contribute to service quality, client retention, and rebooking outcomes

Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 7 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a closely related role
* Ability to work independently in a senior, autonomous capacity
* Mandatory experience using Kitomba for bookings, client management, and point-of-sale
* Demonstrated experience performing advanced facial treatments, including chemical peels, skin needling, and micro-hydrodermabrasion
* Demonstrated experience performing intimate waxing services
* Confidence treating a diverse client base, including women and men
* Strong retail product knowledge with the ability to confidently recommend appropriate home-care solutions
* Excellent client consultation, communication, and organisational skills
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or
* Diploma / Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy with substantial industry experience
