Open Mobility who is a part of the Country Care Group (CCG), is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as aService Technician.
CCG, founded in ****, is a leading national supplier of medical and in-home aids for people living with disability, mobility impairments, and the aged.
With over 130 member stores across Australia, we are known for delivering innovative healthcare solutions and exceptional customer service.
Based at our Tuggeranong location and working from our Belconnen store one day per week, as theService Technicianyour primary objectives are to service, repair, and deliver and/or pick up mobility & healthcare equipment in private homes, aged care facilities and hospitals and to ensure that all documentation matters relating to service, repair and maintenance are achieved.
A National Police Check, unrestricted Drivers Licence and NDIS Clearance Check is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellence in customer service through all interactions with clients, suppliers, medical professionals, facilities and key stakeholders
Inspect and diagnose faults in a range of healthcare equipment including hospital beds, lifter chairs and scooters
Service, repair and deliver mobility & healthcare equipment in private homes or facilities
Test and Tag equipment in the warehouse, at facilities and individual homes in accordance with Australian Safety Standards
Deliver healthcare equipment to private clients and facilities such as Aged Care Homes and Hospitals.
Excellent customer service skills with ability to develop a quick rapport with a diverse range of people
Unrestricted drivers licence
Adhere to Australian road rules
Maintain a current & satisfactory National Police Check
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills and experience in MS Office suite of products
Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
Highly Desired
Experience in working in a service technician, warehousing, manual labouring role
Electrical Test & Tag Licence (must be prepared to obtain if not held)
Experience in serving and repairing auto electrical equipment
