This part-time role (3 days per week, based in our Lavington office) comes with the potential for full-time for the right candidate.

The Role – What You'll DoIn this Conveyancing Assistant / Client Support position, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the best service possible.
Your responsibilities will include:· Documentation Support: Assist our conveyancers in preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence for property transactions.
You'll help make sure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed in contracts and forms.
· Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other parties.
You will be a friendly, professional point of contact keeping everyone informed and comfortable throughout the process.
· Team Support: Provide proactive administrative support to our licensed conveyancers on each file.
This includes maintaining organised file records, tracking key dates and tasks, and generally helping the team stay on top of a fast-paced workflow.
· Customer Care: Ensure our clients (whom we consider part of the family) feel supported and informed.
You might answer client enquiries, update them on progress, and basically be an advocate for our clients' experience – helping to make what can be a daunting process as simple and stress-free as possible.
· Task Management: Enjoy the satisfaction of ticking tasks off your checklist each day – from sending out documents for signing, to following up on outstanding items, to closing out files once settlement is complete.
Your thorough, detail-oriented work will keep transactions running smoothly.No two days are the same!
One day you might be helping prepare a first-home buyer's contract, and the next you could be coordinating settlement for a commercial property.

· Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You're comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software or systems.
(We use modern conveyancing and office software, so being tech-friendly is a plus.)· Customer-Focused Mindset: You genuinely care about helping people and providing great service.
You'll treat our clients with empathy and patience, as if they were your own family members.If you have experience in real estate, law, banking, admin, or any customer-facing role, that can be helpful – but again, it's not a requirement.
