Case Manager – Government & Defence
Based in Adelaide, this role focuses on supporting relocation initiatives for Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families. The Case Manager will act as the single point of contact throughout the relocation process.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a high‐quality end‐to‐end relocation experience to ADF members and families through world‐class case management, policy compliance, advocacy and escalation resolution.
* Manage expectations, ensuring members and families understand the service scope, service lifecycle and entitlement provisions.
* Proactively administer Defence relocation policy and entitlements, ensuring benefits are in accordance with policy and client key performance indicators.
* Respond to routine telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
* Experience in case management, global mobility, assignment management, insurance or travel is advantageous.
* Ability to interpret policy and legislation.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and time‐management skills.
* Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.
* Mandatory: Australian citizen or permanent resident.
* Must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undergo pre‐employment checks, including a criminal history check and medical assessment.
