Job Description:
The Waste Management Technician is a key role in the waste management industry, requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic. As a Combo Jet/Vac Truck Operator, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections of waste servicing stations, operating equipment, and providing services to assist in the operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
* Drain cleaning
* Transporting waste material products from customer sites to recycling facilities
* High-pressure water blasting inside industrial tanks
* Completing projects as directed to a satisfactory level for customers
* Performing daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
* White card
* High-pressure tickets (Class A or B)
* Jet/Combo truck experience
* AUSJET training
* Commitment to work safety and ability to work in a team
* Confined space and Working at Heights training (desirable)
* Experience within the water industry, particularly in construction and rehabilitation of water or sewer networks (Industrial experience preferred)
* Drain cleaning ticket (desirable)
