About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and analytical
Network Development Specialist
to provide critical support to key stakeholders responsible for developing and executing the Dealer Network Development strategy. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the effective administration, coordination and reporting required to achieve the business's strategic objectives.
You will work closely with internal teams, dealer partners, legal advisors and external suppliers to support dealer network growth, performance management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Network Development
* Conduct PMA analysis to assess brand performance, identify growth opportunities and optimise dealer network coverage.
* Manage the dispatch, follow-up, compilation and review of dealer franchise application documentation for General Manager and CEO approval.
* Liaise with Legal to prepare franchise agreements and associated legal correspondence.
* Coordinate dealer onboarding and offboarding processes with internal departments, regional offices, suppliers and the dealer network.
* Maintain the Master PMA and Postcode database, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
* Provide project administration support for dealer onboarding, CI implementation and other Network Development initiatives.
Dealer Performance Management
* Conduct regular analysis of dealer performance across sales, aftersales, customer experience, profitability and visual identity standards.
* Develop and distribute dealer performance reports to key stakeholders.
* Identify performance improvement opportunities to support targeted dealer initiatives.
Departmental Support & Coordination
* Maintain Network Development systems, files and portals (e.g. Zoho), ensuring dealer records are accurate and current.
* Ensure secure and compliant filing of all dealer documentation in line with privacy legislation.
* Administer SAIC Online University user access.
* Draft and publish dealer bulletins on behalf of the Network Development team and MG Leadership Team as required.
* Manage supplier invoice submission, approval follow-ups and timely payment through the OA system.
* Support departmental budgeting, including tracking expenditure against budget.
* Assist with supplier tenders and RFQ processes.
* Schedule, attend and minute departmental meetings, ensuring actions are clearly documented and communicated.
* Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
* Undertake additional duties as required to support business needs.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
* Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential.
* Experience in Sales Administration, Data Analysis & Reporting, or Project Administration will be highly regarded.
