RESTAURANT MANAGER
Pancho's Mexican Villa Restaurant has NOW opened in Fremantle with a BANG
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with the NEW Pancho's venue in the Fremantle.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a talented team in a dynamic hospitality environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff management to guest experience, to ensure the continued success of this popular brand.
Most weekends are required with availability for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts being essential.
What you'll be doing
* Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations, including overseeing staff scheduling, training and development
* Ensure exceptional customer service and a consistently high-quality dining experience
* Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and other financial aspects of the restaurant
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency
* Implement and enforce policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment
* Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive business growth
* Foster a positive, motivating team culture and lead by example
* Work closely with the Management team to create unique and memorable dining experiences
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
* Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations, including staff, budgets, and inventory
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
* Solid understanding of food safety regulations and operational best practices
* Proficient in using restaurant management software and data analysis
* Experience with any POS system and restaurant management software is required.
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Fluent English.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Current Approved Manager qualifications
Must be currently in Perth and eligible to work in Australia.
