We're currently recruiting for a **People Systems Analyst** to join our ground breaking People Systems team. Ideally this person will be based in Sydney however we are open to considering internal applicants countrywide wo have proven experience in delivering on specific outcomes.
You will participate in projects, system enhancements and system configuration activities to ensure Compass Group People Systems are managed and maintained to support effective workforce management across Compass Group.
**The Role**
Your key responsibilities will also include:
- Work with the broader People Systems team to design, build and deploy People Systems solutions and enhancements 
- Training and coaching site managers in the use of People Systems 
- Development and maintenance of systems documentation and training materials 
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities 
- Create, edit or maintain People Systems databases as required to meet business needs 
- Support mobilisation of new sites, with particular attention to large site mobilisations 
- Work with operations and commercial to ensure a high level of accuracy with regards to labour forecasting costs 
- Update pay condition rates as required in People Systems, annually at a minimum, to align with Payroll 
- Create current sites as required to meet business needs 
- Reporting as required to meet business needs
**The Person** 
- Technical support and training of new and existing employees in People Systems 
- Experience in systems administration of People Systems ie Recruitment, Time & Attendance 
- Experience with Deputy held in high regard 
- Experience with Page Up desired 
- Strong interpersonal skills - ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with business stakeholders 
- Excellent analytical, reporting and organisation skills 
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote 
- Strong communication and customer service skills - both written and verbal 
- Tertiary education is highly desirable, with an operational and service environment perspective.
