Your New Role
We're seeking a proactive and organised Business Administrator to join our Devonport-based team. This full-time role focuses on supporting day-to-day operational and administrative processes, ensuring the smooth flow of internal communication, reporting, and coordination across departments.
You'll work closely with the local operations team to manage everything from invoicing and payroll support to stock tracking, documentation, and system updates. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position suited to someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting others behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide accurate and timely data entry, invoicing, and support for management reporting
* Assist with payroll records, staff data, and system updates
* Support our operations team with stock and inventory tracking, transport coordination, and office admin
* Liaise with internal teams across production, transport, and despatch to coordinate workflow and reporting needs
* Assist in maintaining WHS records, compliance documents, and internal administrative registers
* Manage general office administration including mail, filing, and supplies
Your Background
This role will suit a motivated individual with strong administrative skills and a customer-first mindset. You will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, supporting internal teams, and supporting operational teams with precision and follow-through.
Ideally, you will have:
* Experience in an administrative or customer support role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with MYOB or finance administration is a plus
* A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
