Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to fill this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic and commercial roof plumbing, including small projects and construction. They will be able to diagnose and repair roof leaks, build relationships with customers, and work independently to manage jobs and teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair roof leaks
* Repair and replace roof sheets, gutters, and flashings
* Build relationships and trust with customers
* Work within a team environment to meet customer expectations
* Run jobs independently and manage other team members
* Measure and assist quoting jobs
* Attend internal and external training to improve customer serviceability and technical knowledge
Requirements
* Trade certificate and relevant experience in the trade service industry
* Current manual driver's license
* OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry
* Clean Police Record
