As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, payroll processes, employee assistance and administration.
The primary responsibilities include:
* Championing our values of curiosity, accountability, collaboration and ambition
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Coordinating employee relocations
* Developing and implementing effective onboarding, orientation and off-boarding procedures
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
* Occasional travel to site as required
* Employee support - responding to employee queries in a timely manner
* Tracking and approving employee benefits
* Supporting HR audits and compliance checks
* Contributing to annual HR processes
* Assisting with the monthly payroll process
* Supporting the employee housing process
* Supporting the arrival and departure process for international assignees and immigration processes
* Coordinating company events and initiatives
* Completing HR projects and tasks as directed
* Managing probationary review processes
* Processing invoices and raising purchase orders in SAP
* Preparing internal and external reports and audits
* Performing administrative tasks including file and document management

Profile
* Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or similar qualification
* Diploma in Human Resources is advantageous
* Bachelor's Degree in a related field is desirable
* Minimum three to five years relevant experience in HR, ideally within the manufacturing or resources sector
* Payroll processing or support experience is desirable
* Proficiency in SAP Success Factors or equivalent HR information systems
* Fluent written and spoken English is essential
* Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency. Temporary work visa holders are not eligible for this role.
