THE ROLE...
As a Retail Trade Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our trade business - delighting customers with exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring our store runs smoothly.
This hands-on role blends customer service with warehouse responsibilities. From motivating your team with your passion for sales, to packing orders, managing stock, and loading customer vehicles - you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding Beaumont Tiles experience every time.
As part of a team of passionate professionals you will present yourself with positivity and energy. Your drive and motivation to succeed will see you constantly developing your industry knowledge so that you are a true expert of your field.
YOU...
You're motivated, customer-focused, and thrive in a team environment. Ideally, you'll have :
Experience in trade sales or retail service
A track record of achieving (and exceeding) sales targets
Confidence in communicating with both trade and retail customers
The role is PPT (20 hours per week ) Saturdays are required but the other days are flexible.
It's also a plus if you're physically capable of lifting up to 25kg, comfortable in a warehouse setting, and hold - or are open to training for - a forklift licence.
