This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Clinical Coach to join the Department of Health.
The Team
The Royal Hobart Hospital is Tasmania's largest hospital and Ward K9W General and Vascular Surgery admits patients with varying levels of complexity. The ward works as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality care to patients.
The Role
* Supports and collaborates with less experienced members of the healthcare team.
* Contributes to positive consumer outcomes by building confidence of clinicians through clinical coaching.
* Guides safe, quality, and evidence-based clinical care through supervision of nursing staff in direct patient care.
Details of Appointment
Permanent, part-time shift worker position, 32 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible.
Salary
$99,455 to $105,995 per annum (pro rata), plus 11.5% superannuation contribution.
