This role focuses on overseeing onboarding documentation and ensuring seamless payroll setup for new employees. This role will also support the broader administrative duties performed by the Recruitment Support team. Responsibilities Initiate and manage employment checks for new staff Verify and process onboarding documents, including contracts, tax forms, and background checks Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and complete paperwork Address onboarding inquiries promptly and professionally Generate and present onboarding metrics reports to HR management Provide high-level customer service and ensure compliance with policies and regulations Proven administrative and organisational expertise, a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
