Operations Coordinator
This is a dynamic role that involves supporting the team with various administrative tasks under supervision.
* Main duties include handling reception and customer service responsibilities, managing emails, invoicing, and payments.
* You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all communication with clients, assisting with appointment scheduling, and providing support to colleagues with general administration duties.

* Liaising with clients regarding changes in appointments, assisting with quote and agreement management, and helping maintain client relationships are also essential tasks.
* You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between the team and clients, as well as maintaining accurate records and documents.
* Ongoing tasks may include managing multiple email inboxes, updating records, and performing data entry tasks.
