**The Role**:
- Working with portfolios from major Australian institutions
- Use high level negotiation skills to come up with resolutions for each unique customer situation
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints and disputes focused on factual and fair reviews
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find win-win resolutions for customers
- Negotiate suitable options to settle accounts while providing an exceptional customer experience
- Role model fair and ethical practices

- Prior experience in the dispute resolutions or customer care spaces preferably in the finance, debt or banking spaces.
- Flexibility and empathy in resolving disputes, and communicating with customers
