Roles
* Room Attendant: Tasked with cleaning and servicing guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring each room is immaculately prepared for incoming guests.
* Laundry Attendant: Responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organising linens and towels to ensure a steady supply for guest rooms and common areas.
* Cleaner: Essential in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other communal spaces. Duties may include mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
About You
* Previous job-related experience is preferred; however, all training will be provided.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* Knowledge in the use of cleaning and laundry equipment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service.
* Excellent attention to detail and a thorough approach to cleaning.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.
