About The Role
As a Team Leader, you will manage your own caseload while leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional outcomes for our young clients within a well-supported and collaborative environment.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing teamProviding clinical supervision and professional development supportUpholding high standards of professionalism and ethical practicePartnering with families throughout their therapy journeyUsing advanced client management systems to streamline documentation and communication

About You
