Job Description
* Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies.
* Manage and grow a defined portfolio/territory aligned to market development plans.
* Support product development by collaborating with underwriting teams.
* Build strong relationships with legal professionals, lenders, developers and investors.
* Identify revenue opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage key partnerships.
* Execute local marketing initiatives across budgets, timelines and campaigns.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing relevant insights and reporting.
* Represent the organisation at meetings, presentations, industry events and internal sessions.
* Integrate personal sales efforts with broader marketing programs, such as product launches and exhibitions.
The Successful Applicant
You Will Bring
* Background in Property Law or Conveyancing.
* Strong commercial acumen and a proven sales‐driven mindset.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to work autonomously from home or in the field, with willingness to travel.
* Strong organisational, scheduling and problem‐solving skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
* High attention to detail and the ability to work cross‐functionally under tight timelines.
* A proactive, self‐motivated and professional approach.
