Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Project Manager / Supervisor Location: Brisbane & Gold Coast, QLD Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 ( super salary package) Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager / Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality construction projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in commercial plumbing construction. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple commercial plumbing projects from start to completion Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings Maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and stakeholders Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Conduct site inspections and manage quality assurance processes Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates About You Proven experience in commercial plumbing (construction) Previous experience as a Project Manager or Supervisor in a similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Solid understanding of construction processes and timelines Relevant plumbing trade qualification (licensed preferred) White Card (required) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive salary package ($120K-$160K super salary package) Immediate start available Strong pipeline of commercial projects Supportive team environment with career growth opportunities Company vehicle (if applicable) If you're a motivated professional looking to take the next step in your career with a reputable company, we'd love to hear from you.
