The Real Estate Institute of Northern Territory (REINT) is the peak professional body representing the real estate industry in the NT, with over 50 years of service dedicated to supporting its members through training, development, and access to reliable market information. The REINT provides guidance to industry professionals & stakeholders within its membership, as well as to government on key property issues, while advocating for fairness, professionalism and continuous improvement in industry standards.
About the role
In this hands-on Training Manager role, you will be responsible for managing the reporting and compliance of the RTO, developing and delivering training courses to students and maintaining strong professional relationships with students across the training lifecycle. Reporting directly to the CEO and working collaboratively within the REINT's close-knit team, this role requires strong relationship management with students while ensuring compliance obligations are met, training is delivered effectively, and a high-quality student experience is maintained from enrolment through to course completion.
Your other key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the RTO, including training delivery, compliance, and reporting requirements;
* Delivering an exceptional student experience across the full training process - from onboarding and welcome calls to assessment and follow-up;
* Overseeing all training assessments and ensuring accurate data management across CRM systems and internal databases;
* Maintaining course content to ensure alignment with industry standards, licensing, and compliance requirements;
* Delivering online training & assessments, whilst leading the transition toward increased in-house, face-to-face course delivery;
* Promoting student enrolment and inclusivity by organising events and representing REINT at industry and trade functions to raise awareness of training programs.
About you
The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate and demonstrated experience in training delivery and RTO compliance. You will hold relevant qualifications in training & assessment and possess a thorough understanding of industry licensing and regulatory requirements. You will be confident in managing end-to-end training operations and highly organised, with the ability to maintain accurate records, oversee assessments, and manage CRM/database systems. A proactive mindset, flexibility, a willingness to engage in continuous learning and personal development, and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment will be key to your success in this role.
Essential qualifications and experience include:
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
* Current Real Estate Licence
* Certificate IV in Property Management, Certificate IV in Real Estate Sales and/or a Diploma in Agency Management (or willing to obtain)
* Current Ochre Card/Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain)
