Executive Support Professional
The role of Executive Support Professional involves providing high-level executive support to the Executive Director, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and contributing to the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
This includes providing strategic advice and guidance to senior leaders, coordinating and implementing projects and initiatives across the department, and developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles and practices of executive support and administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Providing executive support to the Executive Director and other senior leaders.
* Coordinating and implementing projects and initiatives across the department.
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Requirements for this role include:
* Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment).
* A strong understanding of the principles and practices of executive support and administration.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
