Community Correctional Services (CCS), part of the Department of Justice and Community Safety, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Case Managers. CCS manages individuals on court orders, parole, and post-sentence supervision across Victoria. Evidence shows that, where appropriate, community-based rehabilitation is more effective than custody in reducing reoffending — and you'll play a key role in making that happen. About the role CCS Bendigo are currently recruiting one full time, fixed term position to 29 September 2027. As a Case Manager, you will: * Supervise a caseload of individuals on statutory court orders * Conduct risk assessments and develop case plans * Deliver targeted interventions * Address underlying causes of offending * Support clients to meet court conditions * Promote rehabilitation while maintaining community safety You'll work with people from diverse and often complex backgrounds, holding them accountable while supporting positive behavioural change.
