We are currently offering:
Fixed term contracts ******** hours per week) until 30 June ****, with potential extension, or
Casual contracts (minimum 20 hours per week) with the option to pick up additional hours
What you'll do:
Triage and assess callers
Extract and interpret key clinical information
Provide evidence-based guidance via clinical pathways
Refer or escalate when required
Complete accurate documentation in secure systems
Training:
We provide one week of paid online training. Full attendance is essential.
You'll thrive here if you:
Are an RN with
unrestricted AHPRA registration
(3+ years)
Have
3 years full-time (or equivalent)
recent experience in acute, ED, primary health or rural/remote settings
Show strong clinical judgement and remain calm under pressure
Are confident navigating digital systems, CRMs and telehealth platforms
Have a
private home workspace
, reliable Wi-Fi and strong mobile reception
Can work
24/7 rotating shifts
, incl. days, evenings, nights and weekends
CV Requirements:
Weekly hours or FTE worked for each role
For casual roles: a Statement of Service or an outline of your average weekly hours
