Description As a Recruitment Advisor/Ongoing Support, you’ll be the bridge between participants and employers. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IEA participants, from advertising and screening to placement and post-placement support. You’ll also build strong relationships with local businesses and industry groups to facilitate job opportunities, traineeships, and work experience placements. Your day-to-day as a Recruitment Advisor/Ongoing Support will include: Marketing ETC’s services to employers and generating new business leads Reverse marketing participants into sustainable employment Supporting participants with applications, interviews, and job readiness Customising roles to suit both employer and participant needs Collaborating with Career Mentors and training providers to build career pathways Ensuring compliance with IEA contract requirements and ETC policies Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on recruitment outcomes Build rapport with participants to identify non-vocational barriers and conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalised employment plans. Assist participants to achieve their employment/education goals by actively seeking job vacancies, work experience, and training Skills And Experiences What you’ll bring: Experience in recruitment, employment services, or a sales-based role Knowledge of the local labour market and community networks Experience working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills Understanding of EEO, diversity, and inclusive recruitment practices Current National Police Check and QLD Blue Card Valid driver’s licence Bonus if you have: Certificate IV in Employment Services (or willingness to obtain) Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse communities Feel like you're missing a few skills?
