Operations Team Member Role

We are seeking an individual to fill a crucial Operations Team Member position. This role plays a vital part in our customer-facing team, ensuring the delivery of store operations activities that support a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

* Effectively manage store administration in line with established standard procedures, including cash handling, tendering transactions, systems access, data integrity, store web sales, extended warranty claims, telephone management, marketing, and promotional activities.
* Contribute to financial performance through efficient inventory management and effective control over controllable expenses.
* Manage all sales channel fulfillment in accordance with set procedures.
* Collaborate as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required.
