The nationally integrated Construction practice includes pre-eminent practitioners.
The practice is regarded as one of Australia's leading construction practices covering a range of projects including across infrastructure, civil and residential construction, and residential development and strata.
Position Description
This role will see you working closely with a partner and special counsel on a range of construction related matters, principally back-end focused, and including litigation, arbitration, and other forms of ADR, in addition to ongoing project delivery advice. You will also have an opportunity to work on front-end contracting work.
The immediate team and the wider National Construction practice has an excellent culture. You will be working with one of the best teams in the market in terms of culture.
Requirements
You will be a construction solicitor with between 12 months and four years solid experience from a reputable practice. You will have excellent interpersonal and client liaison skills and enjoy being part of a team.
In addition, you will have:
* A developing professional profile and an ability to develop an internal network beyond the practice group.
* A willingness to work autonomously on smaller, less complex matters whilst being a team player on larger, more complex matters.
* An ability to consistently present a positive image of self, the team and the firm.
