Role Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Environmental Scientist - Contaminated Land to lead and deliver complex site investigations, remediation, and management projects. You'll provide expert technical and regulatory advice, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business growth while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction and technical quality.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field.
Minimum 8 years' experience in contaminated sites consulting or regulatory roles.
Strong technical knowledge of contaminant behaviour, risk assessment, and remediation.
Proven project management skills across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Advanced technical writing and data interpretation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
Lead contaminated site assessments in line with ASC NEPM and relevant WA guidelines.
Design, budget, and oversee soil, groundwater, vapour, and surface water sampling programs.
Prepare clear, accurate technical reports and regulatory documentation.
Supervise and coordinate field staff, subcontractors, and laboratories.
Provide strategic advice on compliance, risk management, and site closure.
Maintain and grow client relationships through reliable delivery and technical leadership.
Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive team culture.
