Join our team for a fantastic culture with dynamic collaboration and genuine long-term career support. We offer flexibility in work arrangements, diverse and fulfilling assignments, and prioritise work/life balance and wellbeing with initiatives like flex leave and access to support programs. Additionally, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome, respected, and empowered to succeed.

The role

We're looking for a Project Support Officer who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems on the fly, and loves working with people. If you're the kind of person who knows how to "find things out", builds relationships naturally, and enjoys being the go‑to support for a busy project team, you'll feel right at home here.

This is a role for a jack‑of‑all‑trades—someone who enjoys dipping into research one moment, coordinating meetings the next, and helping troubleshoot operational issues across a diverse portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll support the delivery of projects that keep NSW's Crown land safe, functional, and future‑ready. Your responsibilities will include:

Project & Operational Support

Monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables
Helping ensure projects stay on track with time, cost, and quality expectations

Documentation & Compliance

Updating and maintaining project records, documentation, and policy information
Supporting compliance with project management frameworks and methodologies

Research & Analysis

Undertaking basic research and analysis to inform project briefs and decision‑making
Preparing clear, concise information to support planning and operational outcomes

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

Assisting project teams with day‑to‑day tasks and implementation activities
Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and other secretariat functions

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is:

A natural people person with strong networking and communication skills
A problem solver who enjoys figuring things out and keeping things moving
Organised, adaptable, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about the diverse world of Crown land
Confident working across a broad range of support services

If you enjoy variety, value meaningful work, and want to build your project support career in a role that offers genuine exposure to unique NSW assets, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
