Role Description

We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Residential Projects Real Estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and helping our customers find their perfect property. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Sydney Area for a Real Estate Project Sales Agent. The agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying off the plan properties, managing property viewings, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, developer, prospecting, negotiating deals, and supporting prospective homeowners in understanding and utilizing Downsizer's unique home-buying solution.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in Project Sales (minimum 5 years)
* Holding a valid Real Estate License
* Strong knowledge of Real Estate market trends and practices
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to cater to client needs
* Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Effective communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
* Familiarity with digital tools, CRM and platforms;
* Prior experience with real estate technology platforms or startups is advantageous
