Our Learning and Development team are growing and we have an opportunity for a Coordinator who is passionate about L&D;, highly organised, flexible and adaptable to join the team.
The L&D; coordinator is a great role for someone looking to kick start their career in Learning and development or a strong administrator looking to take their experience in a new direction
This role will support the design and implementation of various Learning, Organisational Development and Wellbeing programs and initiatives across the business. This will be achieved by:
- Providing administrative support across the Learning, Organisational Development and Wellbeing function
- Creating learning events and maintaining the Group Learning Management Systems (LMS), to provide accurate training records and data, and to assist with regular reporting.
- Provide a high level of customer service, with emphasis on building and maintaining relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development, implementation and review of learning and development processes, procedures and documentation.
Based in Melbourne with a hybrid mix of time in the office and from home, this role will suit a planner and an organiser, someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced organisation with a willingness to learn, partnered with:
- Ability to manage end to end administration of a project or initiative
- Experience providing support and coordination across a broad range of logístical requirements.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse workload and competing priorities
- Be flexible and adapt to changing work demands and circumstances under pressure
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collate and prepare monthly reports with insights.
- Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and as a team member
