Early Childhood Coordinator
Northcott is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Coordinator to support families with children aged 0-9 who have developmental concerns, delays, or disabilities.
The successful candidate will work in a collaborative team environment, providing high-quality support and guidance to families as they navigate the NDIS system.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of early childhood development and intervention strategies.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support families with children who have developmental concerns, delays, or disabilities
* Provide information and resources to help families understand their child's needs and access available services
* Work collaboratively with local mainstream and community services to provide comprehensive support to families
* Develop and implement individualized plans for each child, working closely with families to achieve their goals
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans, making adjustments as needed
Requirements:
* Education and Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Allied Health, or a related field
* Skills and Experience:
* Strong understanding of early childhood development and intervention strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working with families who have children with developmental concerns, delays, or disabilities
* Ability to work collaboratively with local mainstream and community services
* Valid Working with Children's Check Clearance and current Driver's Licence (P1 minimum)
