As the Sales Manager APAC, you will lead a talented team, delivering market-leading solutions that drive the mining industry forward.Description:The Sales Manager APAC is responsible for leading regional sales operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share across Asia Pacific. This includes managing a team of internal sales, business development, and account managers, overseeing customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives aligned with MST's business objectives.The role also oversees the CRM and sales pipeline, ensures accurate forecasting, and drives efficient order processing and fulfillment through ERP systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a regional sales team to achieve growth targetsExecute sales strategies to expand MST's presence in APACOwn regional sales pipeline, CRM accuracy, and forecastingProcess and manage customer orders via ERP and B2B platformsEnsure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with operations and supply chain teamsMonitor order progress and address delivery issuesMaintain and grow relationships with key accountsDeliver responsive and professional customer serviceProvide tailored product and technical advice to mining clientsSkills and Experiences:What will you bring to the role?Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in mining or heavy industryStrong customer relationship and communication skillsExperience with ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Pronto, Salesforce)Excellent problem-solving and organizational skillsBackground in technology-based sellingStrong networking abilities to build and maintain a wide network of industry contactsA track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets with a proactive approachAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbout us:MST Global is an Australian-founded company operating globally across six continents and is part of the Komatsu Group.
