The Team:The Surgical and Perioperative Services (SAPS) functions across the Northwest Regional Hospital (NWRH) and Mersey Community Hospital (MCH), managing planned and emergency procedures and surgeries. All services work closely together to deliver healthcare excellence, aiming for improved outcomes for consumers, workforce, and the Tasmanian community.The Role:The Clinical Coordinator - Endoscopy liaison is responsible for coordinating referrals, patient suitability, waiting lists, pre-admissions assessment, and client care for patients using the endoscopy service. The role ensures optimal patient preparation for endoscopy procedures and functions as part of a multidisciplinary team.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all selection criteria to address in your application.Why Tasmania:The Department of Health Tasmania oversees hospitals including the Royal Hobart Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Northwest Regional Hospital, and Mersey Community Hospital, along with district hospitals and ambulance services. The selection process may be used to fill similar vacancies for up to twelve months from the date of publication.Salary: $106,570 to $112,440 per annum, plus a 11.5% superannuation contribution. Salary range in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
