About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to lead our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of our location, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining fleet, and driving revenue growth.
This exciting opportunity involves managing day-to-day operations, controlling costs to achieve financial targets, and leading a team to promote a positive culture. You will also be responsible for actively seeking ways to increase initiatives within the location, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase profitability.

Requirements
* Proven experience in the car rental industry or similar role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as intermediate computer skills
* Financial literacy and the ability to drive station revenue growth
* The ability to thrive under pressure and a resilient attitude
* Fleet management experience (highly desirable)
* Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record
