keen Youth Support Worker to join our PCYC Mackay Youth Club in our Project Booyah initiative.

Your New 
Role
Reporting to the 
Project Booyah State Coordinator, you will be one of our many 
valuable Youth Support Workers in Project Booyah that focuses on 
early intervention of criminogenic behaviours and attitudes of 
at-risk young people. 
You will assist in re-engaging young people 
in their education at school and transition to the workforce. 
We’re committed to fostering a supportive, respectful, and

About 
You
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as community services, youth work (Certificate IV highly desirable), outdoor education, behaviour management, education, youth and community development, human services or similar
- Demonstrated experience in youth programs and youth support/case management 
- Hold a current drivers' licence or a light rigid driver’s licence, and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain)
- Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
